great location for our needs, not too far to the airport, shopping centre 5 mins away, and close to Go Media stadium where we all went, heaps of room, good facilities I.e toilets, showers, kitchen and oven

Beautiful location, spacious house with room for a big family. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very warm with the assistance of the heaters and the aircon made the lounges and kitchen cosy and comfortable too. Would highly recommend to others.

Couldn't of picked a better place to check in for my birthday weekend. The check in process was completely contactless but the instructions Sam gave me 12 hours beforehand were perfectly clear. The place was beautiful and very clean – looked exactly like the pictures advertised. Rooms were nice and warm upon arriving. Sam was very informative and answered all my questions almost immediately. I had a problem that delayed my schedule by hours so I had to ask Sam if I could check out at a later time. Thankfully he was very responsive and understanding of the whole situation. As for the location , everything was only a walk away which I absolutely loved. Overall my experience was amazing, Sam was such an great host and I recommend him to anyone wanting get their money's worth on finding a place to stay. Thank you for having us Sam, we will definitely be back soon and often 🙂😊

This apartment is located directly across from the Sky Casino and the landmark Sky Tower and the views are absolutely breathtaking. You can see the city of Auckland for KM in several directions and even see the water and main bridge. At night the city looks like a lit up Christmas village and I tended to just sit on the couch and enjoy the view at night. The cost of the apartment is worth it just for the views alone. Sam is an amazing host and was very helpful and responsive. I definitely want to stay here again soon. The apartment was extremely clean and well furnished and felt every bit the luxury get away that is described. Loved the the outside balcony. The entire building was upscale and felt very safe. Everyone I met in the lobby or elevator was nice and polite. The location is fantastic for walking to Queen street and a Woolworth Grocery store was a block away. If you wanted to stay at the Sky Casino Hotel this is a much nicer option. Would highly recommend ! A++

Stayed here last minute. Sam & Ash’s home catered to our group of 9. Plenty of space for everyone to spend time together. The 3 bathrooms were a bliss, no lines and no one busting for the toilet lol

The house was easy to find and access, clean and tidy, and the description and photos accurately depicted the place. The location is extremely handy and it was nice being tucked away just off the main road and having off-road parking. I would look to stay here again next time I visit Auckland with a group this size

Great place to stay central to everything decently sized apartment, rooms were very spacious and the beds are comfortable, easy check-in, communication was great willing to help you out with recommendations if you need, would definitely recommend to stay here also would stay here again on my next visit to the CBD purely for where the apartment is situated.
