We had a great stay! Sam and Ash were terrific hosts. Communication and response times could not be faulted. We had a very comfortable stay and they really made it easy and enjoyable for us boys from Oz! We'll be back.

The location was very beautiful , just one of the complain the master bedroom toilet door locked were broken and blinds are everywhere broken so There was no Privacy in lounge .. otherwise all Gud .. we will definitely book again…

We had a wonderful stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we had to cut our trip short and leave Auckland a day early, but we truly enjoyed the time we spent here. Thank you for being a great host!

Sam’s place has a wonderful view of the harbor and great night city view. Equipped with all essential amenities even a washer/dryer combo. Great location close to all restaurants and shopping. Great use of gym, pool and sauna

We were a group of girls looking for a reasonable place to stay close to the shopping centres. Sam’s place was perfect - we all got a comfortable bed which was spotlessly clean. We had 3 bathrooms to get ready in. The kitchen was clean and well equipped for what we needed. The driveway is quite tight to turn but the garage made it easier. And enabled us to have 2 cars outside. It was clean, quiet and good value for a larger group. We would stay again

Sam is a great and very helpful host he has great communication and was always ready to help. His stay was just like it was described and was very clean for us, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a big stay!!

Sam was the best host! The house was perfect for a large group, and everything was clean and well organized. Whenever we needed help, he responded immediately and resolved any issues right away. It was my first visit to New Zealand, and I loved it so much that I’ll be coming back in July — and I’ll definitely be booking this house again!

We were A family group of 6 couples and Singles was a $42 taxi ride to Eden Park. As is the case after an eden park getting home is a mission we got a Taxi for the eldest the youngest took 35 min to walk back to Sam's.

The location here is fantastic, great French bakery just down the road. The house is a little bit on the older side but still a nice home. Nice sized bedrooms and the beds and bathroom was great. The backyard is nice and the front felt safe to leave vehicles at.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable straight away. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. Sam & Ash were welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even better. Would happily stay again and recommend to others. Thanks again Sam & Ash 😊
