A beautiful character home in a lovely neighbor & a great place to stay with a large family. We stayed for our daughter’s wedding & found it the perfect place for getting ready. Sam & Ash were guick to respond & very helpful when we asked to make changes to our booking - including staying an extra night. Would be keen to book again next time we’re in Auckland!

We had a perfect stay at Sam&Ash place. Perfect location and beautiful view. Check in was very well arranged with detailed description of how to find the apartment and how to get inside. Apartment is nice and clean, and so is the building. Only thing to keep in mind is that starting Friday night you hear a lot of noise from the bars and clubs in the streets of Auckland. We didn’t think about this, but should have because it’s normal in the middle of the city. Wednesday and Thursday nights were very quiet. So if I would visit again with my family I would avoid the weekend, but that’s just a personal preference with young children.

Very pleasant and private location as it was at the end of a driveway. Sam. Also helped us return some belongings that we left behind and was always very responsive. Highly recommend this place.

place was nice and comfortable and clean. The rooms were spacious Only tip is myabe add an aircon upstairs it was very hot that we all brought our matresses downstairs to sleep under the aircon. Other than that it was close to everything

Really loved Sam & Ash’s place! it is in a convenient location and very peaceful neighbourhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed as a family of 10. Sam was communicative, responsive & friendly, he went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home, highly recommend! 😊

Best location. Right opposite the skycity. We felt safe and secure. The apartment was clean, and tidy felt like home. The owner was clear on instructions. The parking is right there and safe, and cheap. Will happily recommend to everyone and definitely stay again. Nothing 5 stars
