--- Auckland’s main attractions are within a 10-20 minute drive, including: *****Cornwall Park and One Tree Hill***** Auckland must go to the sights; the top of a tree mountain can look around Auckland in 360 degrees. Cornwall Park is probably one of the most amazing parks in the world. It is located in the middle of the city, similar to New York's Central Park or Beijing's Olympic Park, but it is full of cattle and sheep. It is a child's favorite. *****Sky Tower***** The tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere, the revolving restaurant at the top of the tower is the perfect place to enjoy the night view of Auckland at night. Brave can try Sky Jump bungee jumping. *****Wynyard Quarter***** Beautiful sea view, fish market, excellent western restaurants. ***** Mount Eden ***** Mount Eden is the tallest of the many volcanic cones in Auckland, and the huge volcanic crater can be seen in the city. It is a unique experience in Auckland. *****Queen Street ***** Go shopping and buy duty-free goods. Auckland's Gucci store is probably the cheapest in the world. The ground floor has two lounge area, an open kitchen with a dining area, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and toilet. With 65" TV, Chromecast inbuild for your favorite movies and programs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances in place, just waiting for your cooking skills. Amazing lights are up there, to get all the brightness and due care in the kitchen. The utensils, glassware, dinner set is all full-sized to fit for a large family / medium-sized groups. The open dining area contains the dining table. There's also separate entry access from outside to this area. The double bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite, and separate entry access from outside the house. The first floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom (super King size bed) has an ensuite bathroom and also a walk-in closet and balcony. There is another full bathroom (with toilet and spa bath) The house has a garage for two car parks. Another two big cars or three small cars can be parked in front of the house.

- The house has a residential neighborhood so parties are not allowed. - Shoes are not allowed inside the house. - When using kitchen or dining, keep the used areas and equipment/utensils clean and back in place - Enjoy the house responsibly. Communicate if anything is broken or damaged. -Guests can use recycle and rubbish bins provided outside the house. If the bins are overflowing, guests can keep it near the bins (sorted recycle & rubbish), so it can be picked up easily. Do not mix recycle and rubbish waste. $50 fee applies if rubbish & recycle needs to be classified by our staff. - Keep the food and drinks away from carpets, rugs, sofas and beds please. If found in such places, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guests. - Claims for damages to our property is not limited to the amount of security bond only. Guests are expected to use the house responsibly and any damages done by them need to be well taken care of by guests. - Do not use towels and bath mats for cleaning house areas. - Number of guests must be selected carefully including visitors. If unexpectedly additional guests arrive at the house, please inform the manager immediately. If more guests/visitors found than declared on the booking, $50 (per person) will be charged for each additional guest. If too many occupants found at the property, the property manager has right to cancel the stay if it seems unsafe for the house and occupants to hold such huge crowd. $100 / hour fee applies if manager / owner has to visit house for crowd control. - Emergency or visit charges due to problems arising out of misuse of house equipments / facilities by guests, or guests unable to reach via phone contact, will be charged $100 / hour. - If noise control is called by neighbours, a fine of $100 will be charged as a compensation for embarrassment to our management and discomfort to the neighbours. If noise control authority is called for 3 instances during the stay, a fine of $700 will be recovered from the guests booking the house - Smoking is allowed only in outdoors. Use bins to dispose off cigarette butts. - Littering in the outdoors or driveway will impose a fine of $50. - Please clean up any vomits. Extra cleaning fee applies if left uncleaned. - 4 or 5 car parking spaces are available at the house. Ask house manager if you need more spaces. Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500 Surveillance or recording devices on property - Outdoors are equipped with video surveillance cameras for security Check-in anytime after 3PM and check out by 10AM. Let me know if you you want to check in early we happy to hand over the key according to the availability Self check-in with lock box and will provide the lock box code before 3PM via email or text - Switch off all the appliances, especially heaters while leaving the house
