Best location. Right opposite the skycity. We felt safe and secure. The apartment was clean, and tidy felt like home. The owner was clear on instructions. The parking is right there and safe, and cheap. Will happily recommend to everyone and definitely stay again. Nothing 5 stars

Ideal location for our trip to Auckland for the All Blacks vs Springboks test. Airport, Hillsborough…Eden Park. Close to cafes and supermarkets…having lived in the area previously it was a solid choice for our group. Suited us down to the ground giving us everything we needed for the weekend.

We had a great stay at this house. The host was very friendly and proactive, making everything smooth and easy. The place was clean, private, and comfortable, with plenty of parking available. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed at Sam’s place for a wedding with our family of 8 and there was more than enough beds for everyone. There was a sleep out, however we didn’t get to use it as there was enough space in the house. Sam was fast in response even when I had reached out to him near past midnight he still responded and I’m very grateful. This is a beautiful home photos don’t do it justice. Very happy there was heaters in every room! The only downfall was there was no washing line which is fine we went to a laundromat nearby. Lots of parking space. Smooth check in and check out and Sam messaged everyday to make sure we were okay and if we ever needed anything. Very happy wth the host and happy with the experience. Thank you Sam for letting us stay in your home. God Bless you.

We stayed here for half a month, which is really great! Sam always replies in time, which provides us with a lot of convenience. On the first night, there was a room without heating, and he immediately sent it over. This house is very suitable for group occupancy, and our three families are very happy this time. When we checked out, we had to wait for the children to leave school.Sam patiently helped us solve the problem of late check-out, which is the best landlord I have ever met!

great location for our needs, not too far to the airport, shopping centre 5 mins away, and close to Go Media stadium where we all went, heaps of room, good facilities I.e toilets, showers, kitchen and oven
