The house was easy to find and access, clean and tidy, and the description and photos accurately depicted the place. The location is extremely handy and it was nice being tucked away just off the main road and having off-road parking. I would look to stay here again next time I visit Auckland with a group this size

Great place to stay central to everything decently sized apartment, rooms were very spacious and the beds are comfortable, easy check-in, communication was great willing to help you out with recommendations if you need, would definitely recommend to stay here also would stay here again on my next visit to the CBD purely for where the apartment is situated.

Can highly recommend this house it was more than i expected. Plenty of room for our 2 families ,great to have 3 bathrooms ,beds were comfy . Lots of space kids loved the spaces . Sam was super helpful thanks for a great stay highly recommend

Beautiful big home. It had everything my family needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Lots of stores nearby and could easily walk down the road. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. My family loved their stay and absolutely would book here again.

Beautiful home in a peaceful setting We had such a comfortable and relaxing stay—it truly felt like home. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the newly built Auckland New Zealand Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It was also conveniently close to our wedding venue, which made everything so much easier. We didn’t have to drive far for food, and the friendly neighbors added to the welcoming environment. Sam was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If this place is available again, we’d definitely love to come back!

My stay at Sam's property was exactly what I needed. Was a very last minute booking but Sam was quick with his response and very clear with instructions. His place was very clean, views are amazing and location was central to everything. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was extremely spacious and perfectly fit our large group. The location was super convenient, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the place was clean. We especially appreciated the laundry setup with a good washer and dryer. The only minor drawback was the very tight driveway. We had 3 vehicles that were hard to park in the driveway but it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. One or 2 ended up parking on the road. Host responded quickly and kindly! Highly recommend this place! Would rent there again.
