For 5 or 6 people groups, we offer two additional single-floor mattresses for bookings of an extra two people. The dining area includes a table with four chairs, perfect for sharing meals with your loved ones. Excelente ubicación, muy buena comunicación, un lugar cómodo y céntrico. Todo muy limpio y tal cual se muestra en las imágenes. Excelente lugar para quedarse en Auckland.

Couldn't of picked a better place to check in for my birthday weekend. The check in process was completely contactless but the instructions Sam gave me 12 hours beforehand were perfectly clear. The place was beautiful and very clean – looked exactly like the pictures advertised. Rooms were nice and warm upon arriving. Sam was very informative and answered all my questions almost immediately. I had a problem that delayed my schedule by hours so I had to ask Sam if I could check out at a later time. Thankfully he was very responsive and understanding of the whole situation. As for the location , everything was only a walk away which I absolutely loved. Overall my experience was amazing, Sam was such an great host and I recommend him to anyone wanting get their money's worth on finding a place to stay. Thank you for having us Sam, we will definitely be back soon and often 🙂😊

My stay at Sam's property was exactly what I needed. Was a very last minute booking but Sam was quick with his response and very clear with instructions. His place was very clean, views are amazing and location was central to everything. Highly recommend
